Adaptation and Validation of a Monkeypox Concern Instrument in Peruvian Adults

Monkeypox is causing great concern in society because of its infective power and the possibility that it could become a new pandemic. This study aimed to adapt validate monkeypox scale Peruvian adult population (EP-VIR-MONK). An instrumental cross-sectional was carried out under non-probabilistic convenience sampling with 779 adults from three regions Peru (coast, highlands, jungle). The instrument adapted based on an previously validated related caused by COVID-19 Peru.
